Getting Started
Your first session
This is a self-directed listening experience. A particular mental state or health outcome is not guaranteed.
- 1Create an account or sign in. Session 1 is free; later sessions require Premium.
- 2Read the written instructions before playback. These audio files do not contain a spoken guide.
- 3Use stereo headphones at a comfortable volume and choose a place where you can stop safely.
- 4Start playback when ready. Pause or stop whenever you want.
The Session Program
48 sessions
The program contains 48 timed sessions arranged in eight groups. Each has written instructions and an authored audio and light schedule. Progress and session notes are stored locally on the device or browser; they do not currently sync between devices.
Audio versions
If the player reports that a session audio update is pending, wait for the verified release. The player will not combine an old audio version with a new light schedule.
Builder and Infusion
Builder
Open Create, then Build tones. Choose a steady tone pair or a timed sequence. You can add a noise background. Create a track up to 60 minutes, subject to the creation allowance available to your account.
Infusion
Open Create, then Infusion. Choose an MP3 you own or have permission to upload and modify, up to 50 MiB. Select a tone pair, blend and output duration. The file is uploaded for processing and may repeat or be trimmed to the requested duration. Infusion does not add a spoken guide.
Your library
Completed custom tracks appear in Library. If creation is unavailable or a usage limit is reached, the app shows an error. A failed request is not proof that a track was created.
Optional Flashing Light
Understand the risk
Flashing light can trigger seizures, including in people without a known history, as well as migraine and discomfort. Light is optional. The screening does not establish that it is safe for you. It is restricted to adults and blocks use when the listed risk factors apply. Closing your eyes does not eliminate the risk.
Using light
The light follows a separate authored schedule. Its frequency is not always equal to the audio difference frequency. Software command limits do not certify physical output.
- 1Read and complete the screening before enabling any light source.
- 2Use only a phone or headset model and firmware supported by the release. A Bluetooth connection alone does not verify a headset.
- 3In the player, explicitly enable the light source. You can listen with light off.
- 4Keep the app or browser visible. Light is stopped when you pause, leave the player or background the app. Stop immediately if you feel unwell.
Browser support
Web headset control requires a browser and operating system with Web Bluetooth support. iOS browsers do not support this path. Phone torch control is a native mobile feature.
